Spring came late this year, but it did finally come, and in case of Bjelasica, it arrived in a glorious way! One beautiful day spent in hiking up to Suvodo katun, and by chance one section of this route we passed on a horseback. Even though in this area many rural families have horses, still no one rents them. Which is a great pity since horseback riding on mild slopes of Bjelasica is fantastic experience, especially in this period when millions of spring flowers are scattered all around.

But, there are people willing to rent their horses, and even be your guides as they have excellent knowledge of this area, so if anyone is interested, let us know and we will make sure to connect you. In any case, we wholeheartedly recommend activity like this, you will surely not regret it. And if at the end of the day you are welcomed at one of the rural households for a warm, tasty meal, with some of the local specialties, then such a day you will not forget for a very long time!
